Dear all,
A central govt. employee met an accident(Road Traffic Accident) while coming to lunch from her place of duty(Factory) to her Govt. Quarters at factory Estate within the protected area of the factory. She was coming on her moped and collided with a Bike that came all on a sudden from a cross lane. She fell to her left and got a head injury and multiple abrasion and a dip cut on the knee for which she was admitted to the fatory hospital for nnecessary treatment and stayed for 4 days and after release from the hospital on rest for further 11 days. On her joining duties her leave of above absence was regularised as per her leave credit that include 3 days extra ordinary leave (without pay). Now, I want to know whether she is entitled to get special injury leave on duty of nature with full pay?
