A employee has arrested during summer vacation 2010 for five days.he released on bail
within summer vacation.he didn't inform about detention to department. he withdrew salary for that period. his department got information by some one else.no action has been taken yet and he is continuing his service.
Can employee withdraw his salary for detention period more than five days
if he is on leave for that period .
Can he be suspended on departmental procedings
