Sir,
I am an Central Govt. employee, working as an Inspector of Central Excise, on 17.4.2006 I was placed under suspension on account of some vigilance inquiry is contemplated against me. The said suspension was revoked on 17.10.2006. Now, five years has been completed no charge sheet was issued to me nor any inquiry was conducted by my disciplinary authority. Due to suspension of six months, the arrears of 6th pay commission also the increments for the year 2006 was not drawn to me till date, or my suspension period is regularized till date
Sir,what are the time limit for issuance of charge sheet or course of action in such cases,
