kalwant - Member Since: Apr 2011 Subject - notice Period
I have resigned & serving 17 days as notice period but & for rest (out of 3 months) i am ready to pay them in lieu of sort notice period but company is clearly refusing to relieving me before 3 months. Kindly advise is there any law for this?
