Subject - Property share
Dear Experts,

Does grand daughter has any right on grand fathers self earned property, when the property got transfered to grand fathers son i.e. grand daughters father through gift deed after the demise of grand father, with the signatures of grand mother and sons and daughters of grand father.

Please answer.

Thanks in advance

Generally as per the hindu succession law property is transfer on death of the deceased or through a gift. If the property has been transfered by way of gift (through concent of all heirs) then the grand daughter has already lost her right on her grand father's property, as the arrangement of gift was consented by the parents of the grand daughter.
