Hi Tyagi... I really could not get your question. Nevertheless, I would like to share that a PoA is only give to a peron to who you/company trusts. The attorney should do the duties described in the PoA with such deligence as the grantor would have. Moreover the transfer of powers in a PoA to a third person should be done with the consent of the grantor. If the attorney transfers the power which he receives from the grantor to the third peron without the consent of the grantor then in such a case the attorney remains liablr to the grantor for the acts and deeds of the third party. As a thumb rule never give powers through a PoA to a non-reliable person, even if the powers given are limited.
