Dear sir,
In our residential area in Chennai ,it is meant for low income group(LIG) living people and the lanes are 14.5 feet wide. one of the neighbor rented his house roof for a company to install the communication tower and operating it for more than 5 years . We have issued a letter to him thro the local association to remove the tower stating the reasons and disturbances. A copy of the same letter also send to govt . authority to do the needful. The gentle man from the organisation came to our area and discussed with the team and said he will do the needful.
After that with police intervene we have called the house owner to give a letter to the agency to remove the tower.
Now the tower agency has send a letter thro lawyer (Caveats )sating do not do anything in the area. (stay) What to be done as a individual now after such letter. Kindly advice.

Dear Mr. Kumar

Caveat means it is a petition being filed in the High Court, that in case if anyone files any case against them, before accepting the case and registering, the High Court must give information to the concerned about the issue and seek permission from the caveat applicant. The Caveat application is valid for 3 months only. Hence you can file the case on completion of 3 months without delaying.

Dear Kumar

But before applying, do not discuss in public place or with other irrelevant people, so that they can pass this message to the concerned Mobile Service Provider and further they will submit or extend further.

Wish you all the best

you may get an injunction from the court to stop the company from further operating the tower stating the public residential safety.......

You hold a meeting and clear the issue, if you want strictly to close the tower then may send a legal notice regarding the same to the company clarifying that you are ready to meet them in the court of law and done the issue cleared.....

unless and otherwise you take the legal/judicial support the company do not give importance to your requests......
