Hello Friends I have recently joined a company and we are planning modify the company policy so pls help me in preparing the Disciplinary policy or some of the sample format for Disciplinary policy ...Looking forward for your reply.....

Dear Harini

Please prepare your company Discipline Policy in the following Heading

1. Dress Code Formals, Ceremonials, Casuals (for Gents and Ladies).
2. Office Timings - Late Comings, Leave Procedure, Disciplinary Action to be taken against those late comers, Unauthorised absentees, absconders and early packers without information.
3. Office Discipline - Behaviour within Staff members, misbehaving with Subordinates, striking of subordinates/superiors, not obeying the lawful order passed by the Superiors, Usage of Company Machinaries, equipments, properties etc, protection and use of company issued assets to the staff concerned.
4. Offences (Office concerned) - Fraudulent appointment, Mutiny, Conspiracy,
5. Punishments awarded for Offenders
6. Award and Rewards, appreciations and Commendations, etc.

Hope this suggestion will help you out in framing your Discipline Policy Manual.
