My friend father has been died his father is having mining on lease from Governemnt and petrol pump land given to petroleum copmpany for petrol pump. Now as per probate/sucession certificate all the above said property to be given my friend and his minor brother. But government department is denying for lease transferred to minor in their record. please advise.
