Please check your offer of employment letter and the terms and conditions whatever you have signed while joining the company. There will be some specific time limit. If you resign then obviously without any doubt you will have to repay the relocation costs paid by the company. The time period whatever mentioned in the Terms and conditions expired, then if you submit your resign, then you ned not to repay the relocation costs paid to you.
