Requirement of a Legal Researcher for a KPO at Calicut/Kozhikode

We are a Company is engaged in the business of legal knowledge process and intellectual property management through knowledge providing, legal research data and document management and to provide support services to law firms and other enterprises.

We have a requirement of a Legal Researcher at our Knowledge Center @ Calicut / Kozhikode.

Desired Candidate:
1. Candidate should be LLB +(IPR)
2. Relevant Experience 3 - 5 Years
3. Industry Type – LPO in the field of Intellectual Property Rights
4. Role: Senior Legal Researcher.
5. Candidate should be able to analyze information and present it in written reports, summaries or other forms
6. Demonstrated knowledge of Research Project Methodology.
7. Experience in legal research and content writing.
8. Excellent communication and correspondence aptitude.


Job Description:
1. Undertaking extensive Research on a variety of legal aspects related to Intellectual Property Rights.
2. Web content development that includes the process of content research, content writing, text mining, gathering, organizing, editing and publication of information and final version of text for the web publication .
3. Conduct detailed legal research and compile data from on-line references, digests, and practice manuals using periodicals, law library, public records, and other sources.
4. Responsible for the content search, content writing, content update, content management and updating of the company’s website.
5. Accumulation, organization and maintenance of appropriate database concerned to the Research Projects.
6. Practice Research Project Methodology for carrying out tasks as assigned.
7. Preparation of draft recommendations, legal opinions, research reports and correspondence to clients and associates, with regard to legal matters.
8. Development and management of Research Team Members.
9. To work as an active team-member and contribute in achieving quality results.
10. Frequent MIS & co-ordination with the Management heads
