This is Sudhir Goswami. I am facing problem with my last company for my last month salary.
I worked as Software Programmer in a Company From 09/11/10 to 16/03/11. There is a probation period of 6 months and there is no rule of Notice Period under Probation Period.
I resigned from that company on 14/03/11 and I left the organisation on 16/03/2011 so totally I worked there around 5 months.
On my last working day HR told me that I'll get my 16 days salary means my march salary with in 1 month. After one month when I called them then they told me that they are expecting some money from client and they will get back to me shortly. This communication happened in June 2011.
I again waited for 1 more month and again tried to contact them. But now neither they are responding to my calls or replying to my mail.
So now this is my story. I think that my last company is not in the mood to pay me for my 16 days work.
