My husband has been detained in the Sharjah Immigration since 6th Sept 2011 when he checked-in at the Sharjah airport. He was coming to India for 1 week. He is under the visa of his former company. this company was downsizing other staff in early 2011. & this company didnt give salary for February & march so he resigned from his former company in April(he always wanted to resign because the company was unethical in its approach)and on the advice of his immediate boss in the former company, he & this boss resigned from this company and joined a new company in April & my husband still under the old visa. Then my husband filed a case against his old company over the issue of non-payment of 2 months salary in April. the case is still pending & the final hearing is due on sept 28, 2011.
Now, my husband is detained with charges of "running away" as he is involved in a legal issue with the company, it doesnt matter if u have sued the company or u r sued back. & my poor husband was not aware
