Can anyone plz help me?
There are 6 sons of my grandfather and among them 5 did compromise and didnt incluse my father in property partition. And gave our house to third party(thats is to my grandfather's brother)on rent WHICH IS NOT A valid thing. So my father filed case against them that this partition done is unethical as hid brothers didnt included him. So he filed a case of restoration. But this case got dismissed coz of my father's lawyer who didn't took the next date and also lost its file..so what should we do coz if its degree will be formed against us then my dad will have to give lot of money unncessarily of our own house which has been rented to third party illegally by his brothers..
