Subject - Training Contract
Hi Seniors,

I was an employee of one of the company. I have resigned from that company now. For full and final compensation, they are telling me to reimburse the amount spent on me in last one year. The total amount of that training is Rs.79200/-.

Now my appointment letter says:
The company will be spending money on your training organized either externally or in house. In case the money spend thereon by the company is more than Rs 50000/- you would be required to reimburse the actual cost of the training in the event you decide to leave the company within one of receiving the said training.

Please suggest is the company doing right thing and if No, how can i get the money back from them. How, can I file a case against them, as there is no training which is above Rs50000/-.
