Compensation Entitlements

Subject - Compensation Entitlements
I'm out of a job since the past 40 days when I was verbally told to resign by the National Head on grounds of mutual incompatibility.

At the time, the company said since they didn't want to terminate me, I could give a resignation letter stating that I'm resigning of my own accord.

I was forced to go ahead for 2 reasons, one being that my August salary was held up for flimsy reason that since my boss resigned, it wasn't approved & I would have to seek approval from higher authority pipe-lined therein
The second reason was I mistook & assumed that a non-written request meant that it
wasn't a termination hence I would be paid my dues till my LWD which was 23rd Sept'11.

Unfortunately,my work dues for all days from 26th Aug ~ 23rd Sept'11 hasn't been processed yet which the my previous employer claims they
will settle in 60 days which is by 22nd November 2011.This
however,I'm not sure if I can
confirm as its hearsay.

My bone of contention is that
