I was associated with Vardhman Yarns and threads ltd. and have left organisation after completing my 5 years of service.I have left my job dated 30/08/2011.Now company is not paying my Diwali bonus to me.As per them for left over employees having basic more than 10,000 INR, diwali Bonus is not applicable.
Plesae advice am i applicable for Diwali Bonus.As per our company;s policy Diweali bonus is calcualted for the finanncial year and is disbursed to employee on Diwali.My basic salary was 15,650 INR.Please advice.

As per your company policy you are not eligible for getting bonus. Because Your basic is more than 10k. Did u get the gratuity from your company?
