| can a company stop a salary of employ who is just 1 month in organization without giving him any written reason and what should employ do for getting his salary back if management is not in a mood to give him the salary and person is still in the job and doubt about the coming month salary will also be given to him or not,plz help what should i do If it is a Factory, then give an application to Factory Inspector that the person has worked for the month and salary is not given. If the person is working under Commercial establishments the he can file complaint to Govt Labour Officer for not giving salary. The person is markling attendance or doing punching for his attendance? Pl mention this aspect in your compalint to the concern authority. What is his level? designation? Whether he is workman? whether it is Factory or Commercial Establishment?
