You all are aware of the current halla ballu about internet censorship in India. I have been working on a free photo sharing website from last 6 months now its almost complete. I want to know what should I keep in mind while making this site public. Defamation etc etc.
I am just a programmer and have no legal expertise plus no money to hire a expert :P
So I need your help in this case !
