for amendment undivided MP (at that time chhattisgarh was part of MP)proposal was sent to central govt for inclusion of mahara caste of schedule caste as in chhattisgarh mahar is called as mahra in local dialect basis of which as per modalities proposal was sent to RGI for commments by minstry of social justic and getting consent from RGI it was moved in cabinet and after approval from cabinet it was passed in parliment and Notification for same was issued on 18th Nov 2002 mean while in Nov 2002 chhattisgrh new state was formed .pl regard in the above context that mahara caste is basiclly related with chhattisgarh but due to MP reorgnisation act2000 undivided MP was bifurcated pl give your legal opinion how chhattisgarh people are denied from benefit how we should do . And how poeple of chhattisgarh get benefitted.
