Employee : - Who are the Employees, Is Manager, Engineer & Supervisor. 3. What is the difference between workmen & employee. Plz revert ASAP with lawfull answer. Regards, Rashmi. dear all workmen are employee but all employee are not workmen. who is workmen ---definition is very typical because u can not say by the virtue of desiit is designation that he is supervisor,manager or workmen.it is nature of duties which defines that who is workmen and who is doing supervisory duties. supreme court clearly said that a pilot of airindia getting a salary of more than lacs per month is workmen. tks j s malik
