| Hello, This is very interesting subject and it has wider scope. The industrial revolution has made a drastic change in the economy. In present scenario the corporate offences are the criminal liability of the companies. Here it need some explanation in regard to the how the companies will work, procedure, etc and the companies statutory compliance etc and how it is going to affect the society and the individual man. Further if the companies failed to comply statutory requirements, how they are liable under Criminal law.
