Pay Slip to temporary employees

Subject - Pay Slip to temporary employees
We have 5-6 marketing executives whom we pay salary in cash, we do not deduct PF, ESI or whatsoever. We have kept them off the record. Neither we have given them offer letter nor any appointment letter. Now one of them is asking for pay slips for enabling him to get a bank loan. What is the solution maintaining the same status quo.

Whether we can give a certificate that he is working for our orgn through some distributor? What is the consequence?

Please advise..

Plz don't provide them any things like salary slip, salary certificate neither directly nor through any distributors or agency.

It may be cause of voilation of statutories as you ar not paying any ESI,PF, Bonus etc to them. If you will show them through any distributors then also you r liable to ensure the statutory indirectly as they are working for your organisation.

On behlaf of any documents they can claim either of PF & ESI or for direct employee.
