My father actually getting pension after retirement. i have been working in a state PSU of Govt. of Orissa. But as per medical aatendance rule of our company my father can't be my dependant for medical reimbursement purpose.
But in other organisations like NTPC the parents getting pension after retirement have been included as dependants of their son/daughter.I came to know from a source that this incusion of pension holder parents was done after a judgement of Madhyapradesh High Court Decision regarding this.
If anyone come to help me in attching that judgement of MP High court, i'll be really grateful to him/her.
