Subject - Consultant Payment
Hi guys,

I am working as an HR with an IT company. A consultant who was working with us, now left, used to take a lot of leaves (though nothing regarding the leaves and payment deduction on the same graounds) was mentioned in the contractual contract wid him as a clause. He used to be a regular absentee and keeping in mind his performance and his discipline, we duducted form his payment for the leaves he took. Nw he wants to gho to the court for the same.

Plz advise, how should i take things forward from here.

Thanks,

Dear Friend

First of all, if u dont mind, u have placed ur question under wrong head, i think it should be placed under labour laws!!!
any ways.
What i would like to suggest in regard to ur query is that now a days any tom, dick and harry threaten to go in the court but it does not mean that Court will entertain such kind of suits. so i dont find any valid reason for ur consultant to get remedy from the court.

Regards
