Hi Nidhi,

A year back my company has signed a bond by me for an official training in abroad for 3 years. It was a plain typed paper. Company has mentioned financial compensation if any body leave before 3 years. But if company will kick us out than there is no problem. Now the things has changed alot. First of all official atmosphere is really become worst & co is not giving us proper increments too. It is pvt company where I am working as contractual staff.
Please advise me as soon as possible I want to leave this company.

Have you received any appointment letter or contractual letter for the said period from authorised oficial of the company?

Or Is there any deduction from your monthly income for the same?

If the answer to both the question is no then you can leave the company.

regds,
Prashant

Dear Prashant,

Regards

Thankyou very much for your reply. I have recieved a separate appointment letter for the period of 31st Oct 2007 to 10th Oct 2008 seperately like other workers. After every year they issue new appointment letter for further period. In that nothing has mentioned about bond. They only deduct TDS from salary. n our salary is fixed.
Plz advise can I leave after 31st Oct 2008.

Thanks

dear
you can leave the company with out any problem and legally u are strong.they have not mentioned any thing in appointment letter.your contact does not have any validity in court of law.you should take your all payment and than only say bye bye otherise they will hold your payment for which you will run here and there.
tks
