Please advice to my friend who has worked in A Co for 4 months as GM and one fine day she was asked to leave without any reason,no notice and pay.She was on probation. As per her joining letter Co was to give one months notice and she was to give 3 months in case of termination and quitting respectively. She has neither resigned nor Co gave any letter to her for termination. What are her rights as per ID Act 1947.

Hi

She can claim the notice pay of one month salary under the provsions of Indian Contract Act for breach of contract and she doesn't have any protection under ID Act.
