Dear All
May i have your view "" Whether a father can disposess his son from the property where he is living with him(son),
secondly can father file a suit aginst his own son for dispossession "

To answer ur query it is required to know whether the property/house is joint family property or self acquired property of father.

If it is self acquired property then your father has full right to do so.
