| Hello! Can employee sue employer for not giving bonus as employee resigned before bonus and the salary of that employee is more then 10000/ and not entitled under bonus Act. Employer is denying to give bonus saying that you have resigned and there is no policy. what are the legal provisions and how to claim bonus. Dear All, I just wanted to know what is the remedy available legally to an employee in the below cases. 1. A resigned employees whose salary is >10,000/- but his bonus is included in his CTC statement signed by the employer, does not receive his bonus. 2. If the resigned employee whose salary is >10,000/- & his 20 % bonus is included in his CTC, but is paid only 8.33 % bonus since he left. Experts pls advise. Regards, arlkrishna
