Pls suggest how to get the Full & Final settlement even after the company closed down its operation .The company is relocated to another location in India. It as a STPI IT unit. The management team is not responding despite of so many communicatios. Even the management is relucent to issue the exprience ecertificate.Pls suggest how to claim the salary dues.
