Subject - LEAVE ENCASHMENT, GRATUITY AND BONUS
PLEASE CLARIFY ON THE FOLLOWING

1. AT THE TIME OF RESIGNATION ON AN EMPLOYEE ,EARNED LEAVES CREDIT TO THE EMPLOYEE BE ENCASHED ON WHICH SALARY .

2. CAN WE ADJUST THE AMOUNT OF GRATUITY PAYABLE TO AN EMPLOYEE AT THE TIME OF RESIGNATION AGAINST THE DUES RECEIVABLE FROM EMPLOYEE TOWARDS SALARY ADVANCE, NOTICE PAY ETC.

3. CAN WE ADJUST THE AMOUNT OF BONUS PAYABLE TO AN EMPLOYEE AGAINST THE DUES RECEIVABLE FROM EMPLOYEE TOWARDS SALARY ADVANCE, NOTICE PAY ETC.

Hi,

I am clarify as desired by you,

1. AT THE TIME OF RESIGNATION ON AN EMPLOYEE ,EARNED LEAVES CREDIT TO THE EMPLOYEE BE ENCASHED ON WHICH SALARY .
Balance Leave will be encahsed on current salary
2. CAN WE ADJUST THE AMOUNT OF GRATUITY PAYABLE TO AN EMPLOYEE AT THE TIME OF RESIGNATION AGAINST THE DUES RECEIVABLE FROM EMPLOYEE TOWARDS SALARY ADVANCE, NOTICE PAY ETC.
You can't adjust Gratuity against his advance or notice pay
3. CAN WE ADJUST THE AMOUNT OF BONUS PAYABLE TO AN EMPLOYEE AGAINST THE DUES RECEIVABLE FROM EMPLOYEE TOWARDS SALARY ADVANCE, NOTICE PAY ETC.

yes mr yadav is correct.
regarding payment of leave encashment it can be paid on present basic or present gross as per company norms.
