Salary to be paid when an employee is asked to leave service
Hello!

Could you please clarify this question and also send a policy if available. If an employee is asked to leave without serving one month notice, as he is a bad apple, do we need to pay only the Basic component of the total Gross salary or we need to pay full one month salary ? Incase an employee resigns and not willing to serve the notice period , we ask for one month gross salary to be paid.

Thanks.

dear
if you are deducting gross than pay also gross.dear these payments are made as per term of contract that is appointment letter or standing orders.if these things you have clearead in appointment letter than pay accordinly.as you have mentioned that you are deducting gross if someone leaves without notice the same way you have to pay gross if you are removing .

Dear friend
you have to pay full one month salary (basic component only), if you are asking for one moth gross salary , it is unfair .
