Could you please clarify this question and also send a policy if available. If an employee is asked to leave without serving one month notice, as he is a bad apple, do we need to pay only the Basic component of the total Gross salary or we need to pay full one month salary ? Incase an employee resigns and not willing to serve the notice period , we ask for one month gross salary to be paid. Thanks.
