| Hello ! My Aunt is a widow with no children. The agricultural land she owns now has come as part of a joint property from her inlaws side. Inorder to safeguard it, she has adopted my daughter and has generated a registered gift deed of the property on my daughters name. Now, as days passed by, she wanted the adoption and the Gift deed to be cancelled. My daughters surname is not changed in any of the records. We also wanted to cancel them as per her wish. She is enjoying the income out of the land even today and we are not interested to trouble her. Can anyone pl. advice on how to proceed further, so that the cancellation can happen at the earliest.
