Subject - Legal compiance for setting up a Bakery Unit
Hi,

Can someone provide a list of legal complainces that would be erquired to be met in setting up a Bakry unit in a Panchayat area? I have alisted a few based on my understanding:

1. Permissionss from Panchayat Chief
2. Permission from Village Health Officer
3. Fire Officer of the Area
4. PF and ESI registeration
5. Registration with Labour Department
6. EB permissions

Dear Sir,

you should get NOC from Pollution control board, If the bakery unit falls under the definiton of factory then u have to apply for license under Factories Act and plans for the bakery unit to be approved by the panchayat and by the Chief Inspector of Factories. PF & ESI registration could be done even after the commencement of the unit. How about license from health Inspector?.
