Dear All, We were advised by our finanace dept with an option for "not deducting the PF to an employee drwaing above 20000CTC,followed by an emp request" Can we opt for this facility ? Those who do not opt for exemption will get employer's share also credited to their PF account. What will happen to this share if you opt for exemption? Whether co. increase your salary to that extent?
