| Need Solution for my problem... Hi,
I got married on Nov 12th,2007.. After marriage my wife and me just stayed together for only one month. The reason was she didn’t want to stay with my Mother and i told her one true i.e i was in love with one girl while i studying in college unfortunately she married some one and after she got married i don’t have any communication with her. My intention was not to hide anything about my past with my wife and with this two reasons all sorts of quarrel started.
She even didn’t know to do any work at home, which my mother started to teach, and I had informed the same to her parents. During her first visit to Bangalore after marriage she as told all this matter to her parents and she as added few more things like I have beaten her and asked to get some cash as dowry…
After all this happened I went to Bangalore and brought her back to Mysore after her parents got convinced of what had happened till now. Than on one fine day I spoke with her saying lets try not to have any child atleast for next two years, which she didn’t like, and with this matter again she started the problem with my Mother also. After this she also try to commit suicide when I had gone out on some work, lucky my Sister came at the right time to save her. When such a incident happened I left her back with her parents due to the fear of suicide.
After this some or the other way she is not ready to come back to Mysore and stay with my Mother now. Her wish is I should go and start working in Bangalore with some job and leave my Mother alone. Now my dear friends kindly tell me how can I do this?
So I think now we both have to meet a family counselor and get this matter solved or I have to get separated from her, but I think if I apply for divorce than I need to pay her maintenance amount.
Now I need legally what can I do to get this matter solved and led a peaceful life???
