PF deduction of Foreigner

Subject - PF deduction of Foreigner
Dear freinds,

our organisation is covered by PF act , we deuct and pay PF contribution from all the employee irrespective of their Salary but PF are deducted on Rs. 6500/- .

I would like to know whether PF can be deducted of a foreign national andif deducting is any problem, he will face at the time of withdrawal or Pension?? Please suggest me.

Yes you have to deduct PF.

i think u can deduct his PF and he also can get pension if he fulfills the condition of pension.

Hi,

Recently one ammendment has been made in PF Act and yes, now the foriener can deduct their PF as usual as we deduct to others. It depends on treaty with the country.

It depends on treaty with that country. currently only 2 contries are still out from PF.
