Hello!
A friend of mine was working with a Private Limited Company which closed down its operations about 5 years ago. The employees are unable to withdraw their PF amount till date since there is no one whom they can contact to know their PF status. Most of the employees were employed with this company for more than a year and hence all their PF amount is locked which is quite substantial.
Please provide your advice in this regard.

dear nalini
no problem,you fill up form 19 B and 10 C and get it attested with bank manager where u have bank account.deposit same with regional provident office of the area with covering letter by stating the reason that u have attested the form with bank manager as company is closed.

Dear Nalini,
Mr. Malik is right, but as per my knowledge check weather the employers has paid the pf money or not.
