Some one can please help…on Sexual Harassment - Factories Act, 1948

We are having units in SEEPZ –SEZ, Andheri, Mumbai & registered under DISH.
More than 150 women’s are working as operators.

1. Resolution & Provision and rules were made under factory act, 1948.
2. Suggestion for statutory procedure/ returns
3. What records are to be maintained?
4. Is there any compulsion to have percentage employment in an org.?
