| Dear CiteLegal Fraternity Best wishes for this portal and also the members of this exclusive club on legal matters. My query on the Judgement cycle of our Judiciary system. Many of the cases were pending at different courts and in many cases either of the plaintiff and defender have died over the years in which the cases were not resolved. We are reading from the news papers that even many cases were not resolved several years. But when the judiciary is so slow in giving judgement, how come the Judiciary hearing case of some political issues, like judgement on Bandh, Judgement on the cases related to election( Under People representation act) How the judiciary wakes for some of the cases and give judgement with in a weeks times. Is there written in our law that Judgement connected with the politics shall not be delayed. I hope some of our members show some lights of the above question to elucidate our legal community.
