| Hi, M/s. XYZ Co., Its have Regd. office in Hyderabad and branches all over India. For this PF Act is not applicable, hence not registered. However, from the Delhi branch, few of employees drwaing salary of lessthan Rs.6500/- (Total employees of all these Rs. 6500/- are below 20 No.) asking for the PF, since they have the PF A/c. from their previous company and want to continue the same. 1. Is it cumpulsory to get registration under PF, since the XYZ Co., have the few of PF A/c emplyees from their previous Organisation. 2. If XYZ Co., voluntarily goes for registration, where it sholud apply i.e. whether in Delhi Commissioner or Hyderabad Commissioner. 3. If XYZ Co., gets the registration, whether the employees can continue with their Old PF A/c or they gets new PF A/c. 4. If XYZ Co., deoes not to desirous of getting registration under PF., whats the status of the employee in relation to the previous PF A/c. 5.
