| This is a hot topic all over India including my complex at Bangalore. While my understanding is that we are liable to pay a contribution to pay for maintenance of the complex based on the size of my apartment only, but the association ( consisting of majority of apartments which are bigger in size than mine ) is forcing us to pay on a basis other than my size of apartment. Any references to law points on this will help. Thanks in advance.
