| Annual Returns (Closed -Factory) Dear all,
Please guide me, i am working as Hr.Executive for one of the facility management services having Shops & establishment license.now thing is Reliance Retail Ltd, has taken us as 3P services(third party) for their new packing unit . factory run by us, which having factory license ,packing license and weights & measures .on the name of 3P services . we taken factory and all licenses in the month of April.2008.due to delay of paying payments From RRL sid,We served one month notice both the client (RRL)and Factory Inspector on closing day is 30.Sep.2008
almost we came out from RRL Services and we handed over the license to Factory Inspector and also canceled the Packing & Wts& Messures license too.Now company neither run by RRL nor any 3P Services, Temporarily closed as the matter of Annul Returns ,Whether we have to submit the returns or not,kindly clarify me in the regard.
