| Dear Seniors, It is pleasure to be part of such professional forum, I am working as an HR-Executive in one of the leading technology provider company (GDS based), I have a query regarding LTA claim made by any employee. As per the Income Tax act LTA can be claimed after completing one year services with the company but can anyone help me out if claimant has produced bills during the dates of journey while he was on probation, is he/she be eligible to claim that money or he/she will have to produce the bills of after the dates of completing probation period.
