Subject - Laws related to establish a Factory
hi,

can anyone help me in understanding which all laws are applicable from Labour Law point of view when you are setting up a Factory. Where does Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association fit in?

Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association is for registration of your Company
under the Companies Act 1956.

For a factory, you need to register under Factories Act 1948. Similarly other labour laws are
applicable. No need of registration but the provisons of these laws are applicable depending upon
number of employees, etc.

Company is different, factory is different, industry is different.
