As per the Income Tax act LTA can be claimed after completing one year services with the company but can anyone help me out if claimant has produced bills during the dates of journey while he was on probation, is he/she be eligible to claim that money or he/she will have to produce the bills of after the dates of completing probation period. Kindly advise and if possible please provide relevant documents in support of your justifications. Hoping for the positive response from you all! Anticipatory thanks!
