| Hi, Well i think this is a topic that every HR person wants insight into.According to my knowledge according toSection 28 of Indian contract ACt (Correct me if i am wrong)the bonds that we make our trainees sign are not valid legally.We incur huge amount to resources to train people.It is heartening to know that some people misuse the privilege and leave without contributing to the organisation.Is there any way that we can take action legally against them.May be by making them sign some other documents that will hold good to file a suit or something likewise.The idea is not to encourage such a behaviour.
