Ple. go through the judgment copy of your divorce regarding any mention about custody of your son. Your divorced wife is not taking care of you child and got married with another and have child. Being a natural gardian, you have absolute right on your child. Your ex. wife might cliam motherhood as a natural mother, but may not cliam custody. Even she claims, situation is not her favour.
