What are the effects of a power tender contract witout a termination clause?
Is the Contractor eligible for termination of the contract upon non-payment by Employee (in cases where the contract is silent on termination clause)?

dear
basically termination clause as well as term and conditon of payment should have been added in contract.now you give them notice by refering contract that as you are not making payment of work carried out by us ,so we will not be able to continue the contract and terminate it .
