Subject - Dear Seniors
One of my friend working in a Company (Govt undertaking) has resigend his job after completion of 5 years and 20 days. When he applied for Gratuity, our management has rejected his plea on the ground that the Company has not adopted the Gratuity Act.

Is it right ? Can my friend will get the Gratuity.

Kindly clarify.
Regards, GK
